The Survivors Poetry Open Mic is now only one day away.
Due
to the high interest to the event we are now setting an extra
stage/performing area to allow more people to read and/or play.
Jazzman John Clarke will host the main stage in the Wentworth-Stanley Hall.
John Stiles will compere the other space, which we called the "Quiet
Area". This is located behind the chapel and creates good natural sound
quality, perfect for acoustic sets.
Come along to the Wentworth-Stanley Hall for a free cup of tea mingle and socialising from 6pm when doors open. A paying bar is located just outside the hall.
Entrance to the site is now from the far East gate. Follow the signpost or ask for directions.
A
final list of the performers can only be completed on the night itself.
It is advisable to turn up early to confirm a time slot and check if
there's more available.
